Is Chelsy Davy Partying Too Much?
The picture (left) was taken on the Orange River, Namibia, where Chelsy Davy is having a brief canooeing (or canoodling) holiday with Prince Harry.
The holiday was arranged to mark the end of Chelsy’s exams at Cape Town University, where she’s expected to get a double-first in her politics/statistics degree course. Harry is due back at his regiment, the Blues and Royals, next week.
But, can this be the same svelte Chelsy we saw earlier in the year at various polo matches in England? She certainly appears to have put on weight during her months of study for the exams.
Is she partying too much?
She may be partying more than usual or simply stressed out and overindulging more than usual. More than likely, it is a combination of both. I graduated college in May and gained a little bit of weight just because of all the celebrations associated with graduating and going out seeng as how it’s the last time you going to be with all your friends. Many of these events are school sponsered so it isn’t anything special that Chelsy may be going out more than usual. Many last year students are in the same boat as her and have been doing the same thing.
I say, whatever it is, she works hard..graduating with a double first. Work hard, play hard.

She and Harry look so in love. She is to be complimented for going onward to her upper level University degree in England, not an easy task. She has earned stellar grades and will continue to do so. Chelsy and Harry looks so sweet together.

Even if she has a very small bit of weight, Chelsy still looks great! If she’s getting a double first, I’d say that’s an indication that she spends much more time on her studies than anything else. Any holiday she takes at this point is well earned.

The camera adds 10 pounds, and she is in an itsy bitsy bikini. Leave the poor girl alone –she looks fabulous. At least she is not wasting away like Kate Middleton.

They are lovely together and seem to be enjoying each others company immensely! As for Chelsy and a weight problem…it is hard to tell from this picture I would say. The emphasis should be put on her graduating from her studies instead..a great achievement!

Wow every other site I have been on has been commenting on the fact that they look so in love and happy with eachother. But no on this site it’s “has she been partying to much?’ and therefore putting on weight. Seriously… give the girl a break!
She just graduated and already you bring up a negative spin about her?
Yet with KM almost 2 YEARS and still no real evidance of her working and all I hear is waxing peotics about her. At least Chelsy is going to further her education, and in a challenging degree no less!
And just because she is not model thin does not mean she is “putting on weight” it means she’s normal (and this comming from a skinny girl!).

She just finished college a couple of weeks ago… final exams stress people… stress makes some people eat too much… she deserves after all the stress she has gone under for her final exams to party…. at least we know she is going to be continuing her studies.

Prince William in Cyprus test to become British officer

LIMASSOL, Cyprus — Britain’s Prince William, along with 220 other Sandhurst Royal Military Academy cadets, is being toughened in Cyprus before earning his pips as an officer, British army officials told AFP Friday.
William, 24, like his younger brother Prince Harry before him, is taking part in field exercise “Winter Victory”, the final test in soldiering cadets must endure before passing out from the prestigious academy.
The second in line to the throne is expected to pass with flying colors and become a second lieutenant in the Household Cavalry after his final parade at Sandhurst next month.
Harry successfully completed the exact same course in March, so he has a slight advantage over his elder sibling in the British army pecking order.
The 12-day Cyprus exercise is a testing examination of stamina, endurance and being able to make the right decisions under fire.
“This is tough and unforgiving terrain and we are keeping them very busy and under pressure, both physically and mentally,” Lieutenant Colonel Ronnie McCourt told Agence France-Presse.
“This is almost identical to the exercise his brother did and William is taking part along with the rest of the cadets, there is no special treatment,” he added.
Cadets are burning up to 5,000 calories a day, sleeping three to four hours a day on average, undertaking 11-kilometre (seven-mile) marches carrying a 18-kilo (40-pound) backpack and living out of tents.
Furthermore, William has only field rations to look forward to and rudimentary washing facilities on hand.
The prince must also endure mock beach assaults, night exercises, helicopter airlifts and dodge explosions.
The army is keen to underline that the prince is being treated like an “ordinary grunt”.
“I think it’s true to say he’s finding it taxing along with everyone else. I make sure all cadets are treated the same and there are no concessions,” said McCourt.
“It is very sapping stuff. We are making sure they are up to the army, which is a very busy one at the moment.”
He is doing the course within the British sovereign base area encompassing Episkopi garrison and the Royal Air Force base at Akrotiri on the Mediterranean island’s southern coast near Limassol.
The son of Prince Charles and the late princess Diana has been in Cyprus for several days and his training schedule and departure are being kept secret for “security reasons”, although the British army confirmed William was already half-way through the test.
The exercise is the culmination of a year’s training and successful candidates will be commissioned as officers in the British army on December 15 at Sandhurst.

The picture looks like it was taken at an awkward angle and you can’t really tell with the shadowing.
Even if she has added a few pounds, it’s perfectly normal. Final exams are always a stressful period; you tend not to watch what you eat and you rarely have time to make trips to the gym. I’m sure she’ll bounce back to shape in no time.

I’m sure she’ll have a wonderful educational experience studying for her higher level degrees in England. She seems to be a bright young lady.

I HAVE CHELSY TASTE BECAUSE IT VERY SEEMS TO BE A GIRL INTELGENTE AND BEAUTIFUL BUT OF KATE WHERE SINGLE IT MATTERS TO HIM TO BE WITH WILLIAM AND NOTHING ELSE WITHOUT FORGETTING DOING PURCHASES SHE NOT DOES NOT WORRY TO EXCEL SOMETHING BEEN LEFT IS. HOWEVER CHELSY WELL IS NOT VERY PRACTICES TO HER DOES NOT MATTER IT TO HAVE LEFT WITH THE FAMILY DE HARRY GIVES IMPORTANCE EITHER HIM WHICH SAYS TO THE SINGLE PRESS SHE WANTS TO BE WITH HARRY THAT IS LOVE. leave her alone. She has nothing to be ashamed of. She is beautiful, makes good grades, and she seems to have found someone who loves her…how many of you have done that?

Absolutely agree all! She looks normal and healthy - it proves she has self confidence and won’t mold into the model skinny look, despite the fact she she has become somewhat of a celebrity. Good for her!
