Kate Middleton and Prince William in Africa

Prince William and girlfriend, Kate Middleton, are embarking on a trip to Africa this weekend for a Bank Holiday break.

They are set to leave a wet and cool Britain behind in search of some late summer sun. According to reports, they might also be joined by William’s former flame Jecca Craig.

William and African-born Jecca have maintained a close friendship since their romance fizzled out, and the 24-year-old Prince has spent several vacations on her family’s estate in Kenya. She is now on the arm of William’s close friend, Hugh Van Cutsem.

This is one in a long line of holidays Kate has enjoyed this summer. She returned to Britain only last week from a sun-soaked break in the Caribbean after an earlier week with William on the island of Mustique.

  3. Thanks John you’re right I remember that Edward was a pageboy at the marriage of Charles and Diana thereby he is much older than William. I think I had temporary amnesia thanks for clearing that up.

  4. I thought I had replied to this already? I’m sorry but I have to correct you. Edward Van Cutsem married Lady Tamara Grosvenor (Kate was not invited). Hugh Van Cutsem married Rose Astor last year (Kate was invited). You may be thinking of Nicholas or William Van Cutsem.

  6. I agree and that is but one branch of the Van Cutsem family. There are even more Van Cutsem cousins that can be found on the internet via a quick google search. What is it about the idle rich John and their prolific procreation?

  7. I don’t know about idle rich, MC, Hugh recently took up boxing and fought the Cambridge University Heavyweight champion for charity. Amazingly he won, and didn’t need plastic surgery. In his position, I think I’d have stayed idle … and rich.
