Community property in the sense that many Royals will have antique furniture on loan from the store at Windsor Castle, and certainly Kensingtom Palace is public (i.e. Crown) property. But the Princess can expect to take 50% of what's his in any divorce settlement, except for Royal heirlooms which are always entailed in some way.

John: I am sure the Queen would only be delighted as the rest of the family to finally be rid of that appalling woman. She has been the biggest embarassment with her arrogant attitude and money grubbing ways this latest indiscretion probably being the straw that breaks the camels back. I wonder if in Britain when a couple like the Kents divorce if there is such a thing as community property?
